Booking Policies

We value your time and strive to provide a seamless luxury experience for every guest. Please review our booking policies prior to scheduling.

Deposit Policy:

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment and will be applied to the total cost. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment (cash payments are not accepted). Deposits may be transferred once within 30 days.

** Please note: Appointments without a secured deposit at least 72 hours before the scheduled time will be automatically canceled without further notice.

Cancellation Policy:

We are committed to providing exceptional service to all our clients in a timely manner, addressing their needs in every aspect of our work. We understand that sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled, so we kindly ask for at least 36 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

** Please note: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 36 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, plus an additional charge to cover 50% of the scheduled service total.

Late Policy:

Please ensure you arrive promptly for your appointment. A grace period of nine minutes is allowed. If you arrive ten minutes late, a late fee of $10 will be applied. Clients who arrive fifteen minutes or more late may have their appointment canceled at our discretion, which will result in the loss of the deposit and a charge of 50% of the total scheduled service to the card on file.

Additionally, clients with more than two late cancellations, no-shows, or a combination of both within a 60-day period will be prohibited from receiving future services.

Extra Guest Policy:

To preserve the comfort, privacy, and relaxation of all guests, additional visitors or accompanying guests are not permitted unless previously approved. Only the client receiving services may attend the appointment. One (1) parent or guardian may accompany a child receiving services.

Photo & Video Consent:

I grant The Natural Crown permission to use my image, voice, and likeness in recordings without compensation. I acknowledge potential edits and publication in promotional and educational materials related to hair and spa services, with no geographical limits. I waive rights to royalties and final product review, accepting the terms and releasing claims against those using this material.

Client Preparation Policy:

Clients must arrive with their hair and scalp properly prepared for the service, including fully detangled hair and ensuring that any previous color treatments are at least 14 days old. Failure to meet these requirements will lead to the cancellation of the service, with 50% of the total scheduled amount charged to the card on file.

These policies are in place to maintain the integrity of our scheduling and to ensure high service standards for every appointment. We genuinely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
